  • OneKiraana reserves the right to accept, reject, or cancel any order at its discretion

  • Once confirmed, orders may not be modified or cancelled unless expressly permitted

5. Payments

  • Payments may be collected via online transfer, UPI, cash, cheque, or other approved methods

  • Payment timelines and credit terms (if any) are communicated separately

  • OneKiraana is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect payment details or third-party payment failures

6. Product Information & Compliance

  • Product descriptions, weights, and packaging details are provided on a best-effort basis

  • Store owners are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable local laws, including FSSAI requirements

  • Where applicable, store-specific FSSAI license numbers may be printed on product labels

7. Use of Website & Platform

You agree not to:

  • Misuse or attempt to disrupt the platform

  • Access unauthorized areas or data

  • Upload or transmit malicious code

  • Use the platform for unlawful or prohibited activities

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content, branding, logos, and software related to OneKiraana are the intellectual property of OneKiraana

  • You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission
